I was responsible for both filming and editing this highlight video for the International Shift Talent Hunt. My goal was to condense hours of auditions into a 40-second "punchy" video that captures the raw talent and emotional reactions of the judges. By combining fast-paced music with cinematic slow-motion shots, I created a video that makes the viewer feel like they were right there in the room.

Auditions involve hundreds of people and many hours of footage; it’s hard to show the "best bits" without it feeling long or boring. I had to quickly switch between different types of talent—singers, dancers, and drummers—while keeping the energy high and the "story" moving forward.
The final video is a powerful promotional tool that the brand can use to build excitement for their main event. It proves the scale of the talent hunt and leaves the audience wanting more, leading directly into the "Epic Showdown" at the RCCG International Youth Convention.
